Be More Fit (BMF) is a performance studio based in Leicester, UK. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number; booking and payment records; training information such as goals, measurements and programme history; and health information you share with us, including pre-exercise screening answers and blood check results.
3. How we use your information
To deliver coaching and training safely, manage bookings and payments, review blood check results with you, respond to enquiries, and — where you have opted in — send occasional updates about programmes and studio news.
4. Lawful basis
We process most data to perform our contract with you or for our legitimate interest in running the studio. Health and blood check data is special category data, which we process only with your explicit consent.
5. Sharing your data
We share data only with the providers we need to run the service — for example payment processors, our booking and coaching platforms, and the accredited laboratory that processes blood samples. We never sell your data.
6. Storage and retention
Your data is stored securely with access limited to coaching staff who need it. We keep training and health records for up to six years after your last session, then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent at any time, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
